Terms and Conditions
1. In order to ensure the safety of EVERYONE, THERE WILL BE NO TIPPING OF CHAIRS TO RESERVE SEATS. Committee members will put any chairs down that have been tipped up. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

2. All sales are final. Items are non-transferable. Under no circumstances may any auction item be exchanged or returned to the store or individual, except where specified.

3. Payment may be by cash, check, or Master/Visa/Discovery Card. All payments must be completed the evening of the Auction.

4. All auction or raffle items must be removed from St. Sebastian Hall the evening of the Auction except items too large to be transported by car. Arrangements to remove larger items must be made with the Auction Committee that evening.

5. Values of auction and raffle items are estimates and are not warranted by St. Sebastian Church for tax purposes.

6. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items must be used within one year from November 1, 2009. CHECK YOUR CERTIFICATES CLOSELY.

7. St. Sebastian Church makes no expressed or implies warranties on auction or raffle items, except those obtained from the manufacturer. These would be found with your item.

8. St. Sebastian Church reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
